- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse your shipping charges up to ₹150 in the form of store credit.
4. Replacement Dispatch: Once we receive the product and verify the issue, we will dispatch a replacement product.

- First Replacement/Exchange: We offer the first replacement or exchange without any reverse pick-up charges.
- Subsequent Replacement/Exchange: For any subsequent exchanges initiated by the customer, a ₹150 reverse pick-up charge will apply.
