Replacement/Exchange Policy 

At Goglassic.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of sunglasses from our website, we offer a replacement or exchange policy within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange:

• The sunglasses must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• The sunglasses must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
• The request for replacement or exchange must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Procedure for Replacement or Exchange:

To request a replacement or exchange, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +916353531819 or through our website contact form. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the replacement or exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for returning the sunglasses and receiving the replacement or exchange pair will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event that you wish to return the product, we will provide store credit but are not able to issue a refund through back transfer.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
• Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
